Today was Mommy-Baby day!

March 26th, 2008

Today we had a neighborhood playgroup come to the studio for pictures. The little ones all were having a blast and kept each other entertained while we spent the time taking pictures. We’ll leave today’s post short on words and long on pictures as proof positive that everyone had a good time.

What a pair of cuteys!

Beware the I do’s of March

March 8th, 2008

I don’t know what an ide of March is, or why we need to beware of them in the first place. However, getting married in Florida in March is a great occasion just the same.

This weekend we travelled up to Zendah Grotto (near the airport) to shoot the wedding of Will and April. The couple looked absolutely beautiful and everyone had a great time… We wish you two many years of happiness!

For future brides, we know the grotto has many halls available and can accommodate groups of different sizes. More information can be seen on their site here.

Nadiah’s First Shoot…

March 5th, 2008

Alison came into the studio today to bring baby Nadiah in for a shoot - her very first baby pictures! We’re kinda partial, but think they came out beautifully just the same.

Congratulations on the new bundle of joy!

What a smile!

What a day it turned out to be, after all…

February 23rd, 2008

This weekend we were fortunate enough to shoot the wedding of Ted and Sarah. All morning, rain threatened to disrupt the service. While rain on your wedding day is said to bring good luck, it doesn’t help make you feel any better when your heart is set on getting wed outside at the Botanical Gardens at USF.

So, with about an hour before the ceremony, as if by some divine providence, the skies parted, the sun shone and their special day took place without a hitch.

Our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes go out to Ted and his new bride Sarah!

Little Miss Bailey’s Day

December 2nd, 2007

Karen and Rob wanted desparately to get some pictures done of their one and only in time for the holidays. We think they came out great and hope that everyone enjoyed them as much as we enjoyed having you over. Happy Holidays to you and your family!

The little girl is definitely happy about SOMETHING!

Stacy and Jim’s Very Special Day

November 24th, 2007

Today we were lucky enough to help capture those special moments for Stacy and her beau Jim. They were wed under a beautiful blue sky on the lawn of the immaculately kept Feathersound Country Club in Pinellas Park.

Congrats to you two… and thank you for letting us be a part!

Myspace meets the Cross Creek Ranch

November 4th, 2007

We spent the day just outside of Brandon (in Dover, really) shooting a beautiful wedding for Kevin and Tish at the pituresque Cross Creek Ranch. The darling couple , who met online, were wed today under gorgeous weather and everyone seemed to dance the night away to a contemporary mix of country music.

They say rain on your wedding day brings luck!

October 28th, 2007

This weekend we headed out to Lakeland & its beautiful Hollis Gardens for the wedding of Jim and Lindsay. While rain threatened us for a bit, the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. Who knew such a beautiful location was tucked away in the heart of Lakeland? Future brides - make note!

We packed up and headed north again this weekend (re)visiting a ranch we told everyone about earlier: Laurel Wood Gardens in Trilby. It was a great time for everyone and we’re thankful we got to be a part of it.
