Toni and Jeff at Bahia Beach

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

Today we did an evening shoot for newly engaged couple Toni and Jeff. The weather up until the shoot had been pretty bad - another day long rain event. So, we started our shoot indoors in the studio and noticed that (right about at sunset) the clouds started breaking. We made a beeline for Little Harbor and Bahia Beach and came away with some great shots.

Congrats to you two!

Thank goodness the rain broke!

Mark and Kelly’s Day on the beach

Friday, July 11th, 2008

What a wonderful day for a wedding! The skies were clear, the bay was a sparkling blue, and the ceremony went off without a hitch. Mark and Kelly were wed in front of (behind?) the resort at Little Harbor and beautiful Bahia Beach - a nice little spot that Ruskinites know well.

We wish both of you many happy years together!

Sunset Weddings

Saturday, July 5th, 2008

Tonight we swung by The Resort at Little Harbor to shoot the wedding of Paul and Amy. The location was great, the timing was right, and the pictures came out beautiful - but don’t take our word for it. Check out a few samples below:

Jose and Desiree’s special day

Saturday, June 7th, 2008

This week it’s off to Tarpon Springs - what a lovely area! Jose and Desiree were wed in an intimate location - at the home of a certain famous local HSN host - and with everyone contributing to the occasion. Homemade latin flavors and aromas filled the air as guests dined on everything from arroz con pollo to never ending glasses of margaritas.

Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Location, location, location…

Saturday, May 24th, 2008

Today we were blessed with beautiful weather, a great location, and a wonderful event: the wedding of Matt and Ashley. Bride and groom (and bridal party) looked exceptional as the ceremony took place on the beach in Saint Petersburg (the gulf side) in front of the Grand Plaza Hotel.

The happy couple (and just shy of 100 close friends and relatives) had a blast as the party went on into the wee hours of the morning. Congratulations to you two!

All about the little ones!

Monday, May 5th, 2008

Today several of the mommies from Christ Community Church (website here) came to the studio to get a bunch of pictures of their little ones. Everyone had a blast - we hope to see everyone again soon!

Today was Mommy-Baby day!

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

Today we had a neighborhood playgroup come to the studio for pictures. The little ones all were having a blast and kept each other entertained while we spent the time taking pictures. We’ll leave today’s post short on words and long on pictures as proof positive that everyone had a good time.

What a pair of cuteys!

Thank you Easter Bunny!

Beware the I do’s of March

Saturday, March 8th, 2008

I don’t know what an ide of March is, or why we need to beware of them in the first place. However, getting married in Florida in March is a great occasion just the same.

This weekend we travelled up to Zendah Grotto (near the airport) to shoot the wedding of Will and April. The couple looked absolutely beautiful and everyone had a great time… We wish you two many years of happiness!

For future brides, we know the grotto has many halls available and can accommodate groups of different sizes. More information can be seen on their site here.

Nadiah’s First Shoot…

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

Alison came into the studio today to bring baby Nadiah in for a shoot - her very first baby pictures! We’re kinda partial, but think they came out beautifully just the same.

Congratulations on the new bundle of joy!

What a smile!
