Hi there everyone! Well… we’re here in beautiful Romania (my home country) to cover a wedding for a wealthy Gypsy family. As most of you know, we typically share a picture or two from all of our weddings but we’re not able to do that in this case. You see, they tend to be very private so sharing images of their family/clan is pretty much verboten… and we definitely respect that.

So instead, here are a few images we captured during a visit to a small village just outside Bucharest - most everyone here has a small farm that helps sustain them. Here’s a bit of trivia in case you didn’t know: the village scenes in the hit movie Borat were actually filmed in a similar village in Romania (and not Kazahkstan as you would believe) called Morieni.
